Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Future Academy, we want every student to feel confident about their enrollment.

1. Refund Eligibility

Students may request a full refund within 4–5 working days of purchase.

Refund requests made after this period will not be eligible.

2. Conditions

No conditions apply. If a request is made within the allowed timeframe, a full refund will be granted.

No partial refunds are provided.

3. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used during enrollment.

Once approved, refunds are initiated within 2–3 business days and may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank/payment provider.

5. Important Note

All payments are securely processed through Razorpay. Transaction fees charged at the time of payment are non-refundable.
